After School Activities

In recent years Heritage Academy has offered a variety of choices to enrich our students after school as well.  We have participated in Destination Imagination tournaments for age groups including First grade through Middle School.  Our Homework assistance group pairs Middle School students with Elementary students to aid them with their assignments.  Mad Science enchants students with experiments and discovery.  The Performing Arts Group stretches our students to new heights as singers, dancers, artists and stage crew.  Under the direction of two teachers, the group creates a moving benefit performance which raises awareness, funds and durable goods for a variety of local and international agencies.  And Middle School students are offered Spanish Language class after school, which allows them to matriculate easily in Spanish classes offered in High School.

We are fortunate to be located across from the Springfield Jewish Community Center. Our faculty accompany children after school to a variety of athletic, arts and other extra-curricular programs.
