Volunteering

There are many ways to make a difference at Heritage Academy. The PTO is always involved planning, coordinating and executing school events. Put your energy and ideas into Heritage Academy; there is no better investment than our children. Any help you can provide, no matter how small, will be most appreciated. For more information contact our PTO representatives, Amy Rapaport and Kim Starkman at PTO@heritageacademy.org

Parent chairpersons organize  the following events:  School photos, Store coupons, Sukkot, Thanksgiving, Book Fair, Box Tops for Education, Passover Seder, Hanukkah, Family Fun Day, Teacher Appreciation Week, Room Parents, and the  Library in Lobby.  The Ad Journal and Great Lakes Script are additional opportunities to share your expertise. They take organization and follow-through. Call or email us if you can help.

You may also want to volunteer for a board sponsored event such as the annual Scholarship Dinner, What’s Hot at Heritage,  or Night in the Old City.  If you enjoy planning parties, these are events in which to invest your time and energy!  Contact Tara at office@heritageacademy.org if you are interested in helping with any of these dinners.

If I am not for myself, who is for me?

And If I am only for myself, what am I?

If not now, when?
